A mandate to renovate normally includes the following services:

  • Onsite supervision of renovation, rebuilding, conversion and replacement work
  • Coordination of experts in the deployment of resources
  • Establishing the current situation, with recommendations on how to proceed
  • Expert advice on all structural and technical issues
  • The handling of invitations to tender for building work
  • Verification and comparison of quotations
  • Summaries of costs and completion deadlines
  • The awarding of orders to the craftsmen involved
  • Coordination of onsite suppliers of building services
  • Monitoring of craftsmanship, completion quality and progress
  • Monitoring of deadlines and cost control
  • If desired: acceptance of overall responsibility, with reports to the building client
